• Content & Visual Prompts: Images, text instructions, parameter seeds, and edited visuals you provide to generate or transform media;
• Technical Diagnostics: Device type, browser characteristics, IP address, performance logs, and error telemetry necessary to maintain service reliability.

Imagica does not intentionally collect or request sensitive personal information unrelated to providing the creative features you request.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including:

• Authenticating users and managing account functionality;
• Processing prompt directives, neural transformations, and image generation requests;

3. AI Processing & Model Training Guarantees

To generate or edit imagery, Imagica sends relevant prompt and image data to our neural processing pipelines and authorized AI infrastructure providers to return your requested result.

Imagica does not claim ownership of your original uploaded images merely because they are processed through the Service.

4. Service Providers & Infrastructure

We partner with specialized third-party service providers to support cloud computing, AI GPU processing, image storage, authentication, email delivery, security bot prevention, and diagnostic analytics.

We share only information reasonably necessary for the vendor to perform their specific service. Third-party providers operate under their own applicable privacy standards and contractual confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention, Storage & Account Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account functionality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal records requirements.

Storage & Purging: Images may be temporarily cached on GPU clusters or stored in secure cloud object storage. Stored content is removed when no longer required for service operations.
